A 50% advance payment is required to confirm any event booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. For office contracts, payment is monthly in advance.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before an event: full refund of advance. Cancellations within 14 days: 50% of advance is non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund of advance.
